STANDARD UPS CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
| STEP 1 |
Confirm that the applicable product is:
鈥� In original 新世界赌场 packaging 鈥� In like new condition (never installed, energized, disassembled, damaged) 鈥� Not custom built or modified* 鈥� Purchased directly from 新世界赌场 International Corporation 鈥� A current design ordinarily stocked by 新世界赌场 |
| STEP 2 |
Visit
Select 鈥� UPS鈥� and the select 鈥�Return Authorization (RA) Form鈥� Complete and submit the form online |
| STEP 3 | UPS returns representative reviews the RA form. Under normal circumstances, this process takes 1-2 business days. UPS representative will communicate return authorization or disapproval. |
| STEP 4 | If approved, UPS representative will send a copy of the return order acknowledgement and RMA shipping label. |
| STEP 5 | Return the product(s). You will have 30 days from issuance of the RMA label to complete your return. |
| STEP 6 |
UPS representatives will receive returned items and perform an inspection. If the products pass return acceptance inspection, they will be transferred back to inventory and you will be issued a credit based upon the invoice price, less:

SUMMARY OF PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATIONS, CHANGE ORDERS AND HOLD ORDERS
PURCHASE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
| STEP 1 | Customer provides written notice requesting cancellation. |
| STEP 2 | 新世界赌场 representative determines whether the cancelled items are stock Power Electronics Department (鈥淧ED鈥�) products or custom built/modified PED products. |
| STEP 3 |
Based on the determination(s) made in Step 2, the 新世界赌场 representative calculates the cancellation charges in accordance with the agreement between 新世界赌场 and the customer, or, if no cancellation charges have been agreed, the 新世界赌场 representative calculates the standard cancellation charges as follows:

| STEP 4 | 新世界赌场 invoices the customer for cancellation fees assessed. |
CHANGE ORDERS
| STEP 1 | Customer provides written notice requesting a purchase order change. |
| STEP 2 | 新世界赌场 representative determines whether the requested change can be accepted and, if it can, what additional fees and/or schedule change will apply. |
| STEP 3 | Upon 新世界赌场's acceptance of the change request and customer鈥檚 acceptance of the additional fees and/or schedule impact, customer issues a revised purchase order. |
DEFINITIONS
Stock Products means uninterruptible power systems, maintenance bypass systems, battery cabinets, SCiB Energy Storage Solutions, distribution solutions, and/or service parts stocked in finished goods warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Custom Products means products built to order per the customer鈥檚 specifications.
Modified Products means Stock Products modified per the customer鈥檚 specifications.
